Well I’m not going to tell you who’s winning exactly but I can give you some clues. If you haven’t seen already, the first 25 of the 111 votes we’ve received so far are now available for you to see on the R4 Revolution Top 10 Voting post.

Since the first 25 votes, there are 3 new entries in the top 10 including one which is now at number two. There are just two points separating positions 2 and 3 and first place isn’t far ahead of them. One vote can change the outcome! Almost all the entries have received some votes, which mean someone loves just about every one of our entries.

As there have been so many votes, on October the 4th (the day before the final top 10 is revealed) I’m going to show you who came in positions 20-10.

I want to say a big thanks to everyone who has voted and a massive thank you to everyone that posted in forums, blogs and other websites about the R4 Revolution Top 10 contest. I’m hoping to get as many votes as possible to achieve the most accurate top 10 that reflects what the DS Homebrew community feel. If you are a member of a forum or run a website which people from the Homebrew community visit, I’d really, really appreciate your help in spreading the word about this contest.

Finally, I’ve had some comments from people disappointed that some great homebrew is missing from the poll. If you feel that way, please realise that I don’t chose the software taking part in the contest. It’s up to developers to tell me that they want their homebrew in the poll. A lot of them probably don’t know about the contest so it could really help us and perhaps them too if you send them a message and let them know about what’s going on. Currently it could take just 9 votes to go from 0 points to getting a position in the top 10 so it’s definitely not too late to enter.
